HOW TO APPLY:
1. Information:

Information with the person in charge of Admissions: Institutional information, prices and tour.

Academic Interview: when necessary and /or required by interested families.

2. Evaluation:

MAP Evaluation (3rd - 12th grade): Reading, Writing and Math.

Math Evaluation (7th – 12th grade) and Physics (9th -12th grade).
Note. - In order to take the MAP Evaluation the student must present his or her last report card and birth certificate and make a previous appointment with Admissions.
3. Application:

Documentation: Original and photocopy must be presented.

Report cards – Foreign Students: Legalized copy of school reports with official stamps of the respective country of origin and Bolivian Consulate / Embassy.

Report cards: From Kindergarten to most recent.

Bolivian ID: Parents and students.

Foreign identity card extended in Bolivia: Parents and students.

Passport – for foreign students: With visa that demonstrates the legal migratory status.

Recommendation letter from previous Counselor or Director.

Vaccines required only for PPK, PK and Kinder.

StudentPicture: Picture size: 4*4
4. Decision: Formal meeting with Directors to talk about evaluations and entrance information.
5. Acceptance of the student to his or her respective grade.
6. Enrollment: Student Admission Form, RUDEformand presentation of pending documentation.
7. Registration:The reservation will take place paying half of the tuition or paying the total monthly tuition at Finances Department.
Entrance Requirements:
Pre-Kinder 3 : 3 years old by beginning of school year. Based on evaluation, the student could enter if they turn 3 within two months after the beginning of the school year.
Pre-Kinder 4 : 4 years old by beginning of school year. Based on evaluation, the student could enter if they turn 4 within two months after the beginning of the school year.
Kinder: 5 years old by beginning of school year. Based on evaluation, the student could enter if they turn 5 within two months after the beginning of the school year.
For entrance to 1st through 12th grade, the report card for the previous school year is required.
